A Visit to the Coast

On Friday Daniel and I wento to the coast with Mum, we visited Amanda and the the boys. Daniel had a good day and didn't quite understand how to share food with his cousin Ben!

Here's Daniel revving his engine, hasn't quite learnt how to get it moving. He spends a great amount of time rocking on his knees.

Marshall, Daniel, Gobi and I like to go for walks in the bush near where we live this was taken yesterday, Daniel loves being outside.

Daniel loves Gobi and Albert. Here you can see he has the dog by the ear!

Eight Months

Looking very much like an eight month old, he's growing up into a little man very quickly. At eight months he is 10.1kg and 76cm long. Obviously still off the chart for his length. He's still exploring the world by rolling, he'll rock on his hands and knees but it doesn't seem to progress! He can sit, bang things together and is attempting to clap his hands. His language still consists of dadada and other interesting sounds he creates! He enjoys the dog and the cat and laughs when Marshall plays with the dog. At any chance Gobi will give Daniel a good lick.

Visiting Hamish

On Friday we went and visited Mel, Stu, Hamish and baby Annabelle. As you can see Daniel was fascinated with what Hamish had to say!

Look who's standing....

Here he is, standing in his cot. He did have a hand from me to get him to hold on but he can hold himself there for quite a while..... The bottom photo, I'm not sure what he was thinking about there!

Stronger by the day!

Daniel is now nearly 8 months old. He's taken to rolling everywhere!!! It was funny to start with but now it seems that will be his mode of transport. He also can pull himself to stand or kneel as seen in the second photo, he seems pretty pleased with himself too! Good photo of Daniel in the self portrait but not of me!
