Bush Walk

The weather is just fantastic in Brisbane at the moment. Last Saturday was ANZAC Day. We decided to spend the afternoon exploring Toohey Forest. We saw millions of tadpoles in the pond and tens of millions mosquitoes!

Eating Time

Not a fan I'm afraid. Kate is unlike Daniel in that regard! Looks like it might take some time to get Kate settled with solids.

Science Centre and Museum with Harrison

We went to the Museum and Science Centre with Nana and Harrison on Thursday. Going during school holidays was probably not the wisest move, but the boys had a great time. Kate watched the action from her pram. The Science Centre was a little advanced for Daniel but he had a wonderful time chasing Harrison around. Daniel loves Harrison.

Easter

We went to the coast for Easter. Kate had a lovely time sleeping and hanging out with her bunny. Daniel on the other hand did not stop! He had a great time playing soccer in the dog enclosure, running on the beach, and trashing Nana and Poopy's house. Despite the miserable weather he also went swimming, the first swim he went in the ocean clothes and all, such a boy.
On Easter Sunday we went to Amanda and Nick's for dinner. Daniel had a great time emptying Ben and Harrison's toys out of their cupboards, while Kate was being worshipped by her biggest fan, Harrison.

Here are two photos of me at around 5-6 months. Yes Kate does look alot like me (poor thing). Don't Mum and Dad look very stylish!

Miss Kate, 5 Months

Kate is now 5 months and going along just fine. She's happy and easy going although has just found her voice and will yell out if you leave the room.
